We are D&S REAL ESTATE ENTERPRISES, LLC, featuring affordable housing for the student or professional.  K&A Apartments are unfurnished with all utilities included except cable and telephone.  Sanborn Apartments, 408 and 620 are unfurnished with heat, water and garbage collection included in rent.  Tenant pays for electric and hot water.  Our apartments range in size from the efficiency to a very large 2 bedroom and prices are dependent upon the apartment size . . . $250 to $500.  All apartments are spacious and very clean.
